These terms govern your use of newmoneyplaybook.com (“the site”) and anything you buy from it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Using the site
You may read, print, and share our articles for your own personal, non-commercial use, with attribution and a link back. You may not republish our articles in whole or in substantial part, sell them, feed them into a paid product, or present them as your own work. All content, branding, and downloadable products remain our property.
You agree not to attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
4. Comments and submissions
You are responsible for what you post. We may edit or remove comments that are spam, abusive, misleading about money, or promotional. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display your comment on the site.
5. Digital products
We sell downloadable digital products such as spreadsheets, trackers, and guides.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
- On successful payment you receive an immediate download link and an email copy. Keep your file safe — we can re-send a download link, but we cannot recover a file you have deleted from your own device.
- Your licence is personal and for a single user. You may use the product yourself and adapt it for your own finances. You may not resell, redistribute, or share it publicly, and you may not use it to run a paid service for others without our written permission.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Email
If you join our email list we will send you articles, free resources, and occasional offers for our own products or those of partners we have vetted. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, and we will stop.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site online but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, including products, at any time.
8. Liability
The site and its products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or investment losses.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
